Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Phoenix 3 Marketing strives to provide you with the highest quality print, apparel, and promotional products, and customer service. We do realize that due to the nature of custom printing, promo, and apparel merchandise things on occasion don’t go according to plan, and when those situations arise, we will do what we can to make it right.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our industry, all properly decorated/printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom properly printed/decorated products returned will be rejected or discarded at our discretion.

Refunds Policy
If you received a product or order that has a print defect or decoration flaw, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims made after this time will not be reviewed. Before Phoenix 3 Marketing can begin to process your claim, a sampling of the goods or photos to illustrate to the press (quantity will be determined at the manufacturer's discretion) must be provided for us to review within another 5 business days. We will supply a pre-paid shipping label for your claim if we require merchandise to be returned. Claim review and processing may take up to 5 business days to complete from the date of receipt of the goods in question. In most cases, we will make all attempts to reprint/replace any orders with defects. Any reprints, credits, returns, or refunds will be processed within 5 business days after a claim review completion unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within the estimated time frame. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at 727-592-1916 or via e-mail to clientservice@phoenix3marketing.com Please Note: we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order once the proof has been approved and it has begun production, however, we will make every effort to comply with your request. Once you approve the Order Acknowledgement and Digital Artwork Proof, the order is initiated, and production begins.
